MOTHERSHIP CONNECTION

PART II: MARKETING PLAN

MARKETING PLAN SUMMARY

My marketing operation is a simple one, made up of newspaper articles and word of
mouth, which is all I will really need to become popular. I intend for my target market to
be large therefore I will not need to research them throughly in order to get an idea of who
they are.  Also the demand for my type of place in this area is high so most of the
advertising can be done through word of mouth.

     3) When- Teenagers seem to like a very varied amount of music so it would be
very hard for me to pick any particular type of music to push on my
              customers.

     4) Where- Like I said teenagers are very different people and it would be
impossible. So I will have to advertise at any seminar, trade show, or
specialty stop I think my target market will be.

B. COMPETITION

Direct competition- The other stores that I'm in direct competition with are other
music stores like Musicland, Disc Jockey, or even Walmart.  These stores
